For a power inverter cooling plant, we supplied a series of shell and tube heat exchangers for Russia. In this country, EAC certification, available as standard on our complete range of heat exchangers, is required for installation.
The heat exchangers we used are made entirely of stainless steel. The internal bundle also consists of a series of spiroidal tubes, which serves a dual purpose:
an increase in the exchange coefficients due to the turbulent course of the fluid;
the compensation of the expansion absorbed by the particular shape of the tubes.
