T REG TEMPERATURE CONTROL UNITS

TREG temperature control units (TCU) are machines used for industrial temperature control in process manufacturing. They can operate using water or oil as heat transfer medium, depending on the required temperature range (water up to 90 °C, pressurized / superheated water up to 140 °C, and oil up to 200–350 °C). TREG process temperature control units were originally designed for applications in the plastics and rubber sectors, specifically as mold temperature controller for injection moulding temperature regulation.

How to choose the right TCU

The choice between water vs oil TCU depends on the required operating temperature. Consequently, the TREG temperature control units range covers heating capacities from 3 kW to 350 kW, divided into three distinct lines:

• water up to 90 °C
• pressurized water / superheated water up to 140 °C
• diathermic oil up to 200 °C
• high-temperature diathermic oil up to 250 °C
• high-temperature diathermic oil up to 350 °C
