A customised, two-part solution was designed for this application. One dedicated to the cooling of the stainless steel belts that convey and roll the products, up to the final flaking process. The other part of the project deals with the heating of the product. This is spread out on the belt in order to obtain flakes or tablets from the foil, after cooling on the belt.
Everything is then made using stainless steel, complementing our standard machines with a customised execution that adapts to the customer’s plant requirements.
