The temperature control of single-fluid reactors in production is a very delicate project. The temperature levels at which the exchangers operate are in fact extreme and characterised by an explosive, ATEX environment. Single-fluid and diathermic oil heating also require a careful selection of the best applicable solutions.
After a design specifically tailored to the customer’s needs, we achieved a system that is able to withstand the thermal stress caused by the sudden changes in temperature, while still meeting all the basic requirements for operating in this environment.
