How to select temperature control units
TREG temperature control units are used across a wide range of industrial sectors for process temperature control, employing water and oil based thermoregulation solutions. Precise, efficient, and reliable process temperature regulation is ensured using various heat transfer fluids—water for temperatures up to 90 °C, pressurized water for temperatures up to 140 °C, and diathermic oil for temperatures up to 200-350 °C.
The TREG temperature control units ensure accurate process temperature control within the ranges required for specific production applications thanks to a comprehensive range of power outputs available, achieved through the combined use of electric heating elements, cooling heat exchangers, and electronic control systems featuring PID temperature controllers.
Selection of a TCU model
Depending on industrial temperature control needs, required temperature levels and process fluids involved, is it possible to choose from various TREG temperature control units (TCU) models:
T FLOW: complete, pre-assembled and compliant systems for fluid pumping and recirculation
T START: TCUs for pre-heating of engines, compressors, and industrial machinery
