Hydraulics

The cooling of hydraulic oil in hydraulic systems is essential for the dissipation of the heat that the fluid removes from moving components in machines, cylinders, actuators, pumps and motors.

For regulating the temperature of the hydraulic oil, brazed plate heat exchangers find an optimal application, which in this type of system offer the advantage of allowing the crossing of temperatures. The cooling temperatures of the hydraulic oil required are then not very high, allowing the use of cooling water at a temperature of around 30° C, which can be supplied via cooling towers.
