Monofluid systems

Monofluid thermoregulation finds ideal application in temperature regulation at various stages in reactors, typically used in laboratories and in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. These applications require heating and cooling of the products using different temperature rises and falls, with controlled heating and cooling cycles.

Using a single heat transfer fluid that flows inside the reactor jackets, and which every time is brought to the required temperature level by means of heat exchangers and regulation valves in the thermoregulation control unit, eliminates the need to empty and clean the reactor jacket at the end of each cycle, speeding up the process. The use of a single thermoregulation fluid also avoids the risk of contamination between different fluids, which would otherwise be used to bring the processed product to the various temperatures required by the process.

Examples of applications for mono fluid systems:

Mono fluid split thermo regulating plant with brazed heat exchanger.

Single fluid central thermo regulating plant with plate heat exchanger.

Cooling heat exchanger.
