Chemistry & pharmaceutical

The reactions that take place inside reactors and mixers used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries require very precise and fine thermoregulation of temperatures. The chemical reactions between the ingredients are in fact triggered at certain and precise temperature levels, which must therefore be maintained for a determined time.

Temperature control units, heat exchangers and refrigeration units are essential for heating, cooling and thermostating ingredients in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients as well as in that of chemical products. The wide range of temperatures required often involves the use of diathermic oil control units. The presence of explosive substances also requires the supply of Atex and PED control units. Finally, hygienic and cleanliness requirements impose a careful selection of materials and seals, in order to guarantee resistance to the presence of aggressive substances and frequent washing cycles.

Examples of applications in chemical and pharma sectors:

Cooling towers on chemical plant.

Chemical Plant heat exhcangers.
